  This gutter cleaning spoon is another tool that is going to make your job a little easier! Simply attach a telescopic pole or broom handle (sold separately) and pull debris towards yourself, flipping the tool over (as shown in picture) to slide debris underneath gutter hangers. The advantage of having further reach means less ladder placements as you are able to clean about a 12 foot span at a time. Just remember, safety first! If you are using an extension ladder cleaning your 2nd story gutters, stand offs are a must. If you're not comfortable with heights or unsure of ladder set up, I recommend hiring a pro. Its flexible and durable design allows you to slide material in with hand (wearing gloves of course) and squeeze like a taco, removing debris from gutter. I personally have a bucket hanging from side of ladder to dump it in, or you could throw it down onto a tarp or something for easy clean up.
